Edward J. Lisee, President Mr. Lisee is a results oriented building industry professional with a career spanning 30 years in the building industry. He established Atlantic Heritage Builders, Inc. in 1988 to design and build custom homes for discriminating buyers. His goal is to maintain and build his firm's reputation for designing and building custom homes with quality, integrity and value. As President, his main responsibilities include planning and overseeing AHB's marketing and construction operations.

Prior to founding AHB, Ed held increasingly responsible positions in the design and building industry. Following completion of a Bachelors of Science in Building Science and a Bachelors of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as a Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Ed was hired by a building industry consulting firm where, as Vice President, he was responsible for managing projects ranging from an analysis of world housing technology for the U.S. government to assessing the impact of emerging technologies on building and building products for private companies.

Ed then moved on to manage the operations of a Maryland-based custom home builder for several years, performed research for a public service organization on construction technology, and worked for ten years with a national engineering association developing and conducting activities in the areas of building codes and standards, building design and engineering, energy efficient design, and construction engineering and management. These projects were directed at improving the capabilities of the nation's construction engineers, public construction agencies, and our engineering education system.

Ed is closely involved with each home building project. Every day he applies his technical, design and business expertise to ensure that Atlantic Heritage Builder's clients receive the very best in quality and service.
